Pastor Muoka made the announcement at the National Headquarters during the Thursday service, a weekly counseling and delivery service. He asked the members to be law abiding and follow the directive which is meant for the safety of everyone.

“Praise the Lord,

I want to use this medium to advise that from henceforth, we are going to be restricting services to at most 50 members for each service across Lagos state. According to the directive of the state government, the period will be for one month.

After today’s service, worshiping in the Headquarters will be divided into different sections and before Sunday we will show you where you’ll be worshiping, whether in your locations or anywhere we can use for 50 people, we can adopt that place as a fellowship center beginning from Sunday.

By the grace of God I’ll be recording a message for all our members worldwide. Remember that even as I am talking to you, keep to the law because we are law-abiding citizens. We have to keep to the law for safety of every life.

From henceforth at the National headquarters we’re going to divide the place and create sections where we will make provision for the period of one month, the rest of the members should worship in their branches and the branch pastors should ensure that not more than 50 people gather together for the service in one place.

If there is any other information that is going to be made available, maybe if if the restrictions will be cancelled before the period of one month elapses, it will be communicated to you.

We should remember the situation on ground and know that we believe God that He can do all things. In this place, God has healed HIV, God has healed Ebola and God has healed diverse sicknesses, so this one also can be healed in Jesus name.

So we have to take note of this and continue to bind the Spirit of this virus wherever you are and as long as it’s a problem to this country and the body of Christ, we count it as much as dead and the end of it has come and it shall not continue in Jesus name.”
